Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the organization's Human Resources function. The role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, managing talent, ensuring statutory compliance, and building a robust performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit management.
- Drive KRA & KPI frameworks, performance appraisal, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage talent acquisition and build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement,



retention, employee welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate learning programs.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related decisions.
- Establish HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR operations.
- Support leadership in organizational restructuring, succession planning, and change management.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented across the organization.
