Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain intelligent conversational applications using AI, NLP, LLMs, and chatbot technologies . The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience building AI-powered chatbots for websites, mobile applications, and business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for customer support, sales, HR, and other business use cases.
- Develop conversational workflows, intents, entities, fallback mechanisms, and context handling.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI/GPT into chatbot applications.
- Implement NLP, NLU, prompt engineering, and RAG solutions.
- Integrate chatbots with REST APIs, databases,



CRM systems, and third-party applications .
- Develop chatbot backend services using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies .
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for knowledge-based chatbot applications.
- Test, debug, and optimize chatbot responses for accuracy and performance.
- Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve conversation quality.
- Deploy and maintain chatbot applications on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms .
- Ensure security, authentication, data privacy, and proper handling of user information.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, product managers, and business teams.
