Assistant Food & Beverage Manager *Hospitality – Restaurants & Dining | 5+ Years Experience | Full-Time*

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the F&B; Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and dining outlet operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor quality control across food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage shift scheduling, staff attendance, and duty rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and minimize wastage.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly F&B; revenue and prepare operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct staff briefings, performance evaluations, and on-the-job training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS




- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B; operations within the restaurant/hospitality sector.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service styles — à la carte, buffet, fine dining, and casual dining.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 15+ staff members.
- Sound understanding of food costing, budget management, and P&L; basics.
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety certifications is an advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
