Job Description

Role: ESW Developer/Architect – MCU (Motor Control Unit)

Embedded Software Developer/Architect – MCU is responsible to design, develop, and optimize software for Motor Control Units used in electric drive systems. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in embedded C/C++, motor control algorithms, power electronics, and real?time system development. This role involves working closely with hardware, firmware, and control engineering teams to deliver high?performance and reliable motor control software.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for Motor Control Units (MCU) using C/C++.




- Implement and refine motor control algorithms such as FOC (Field-Oriented Control), SVPWM, torque control, and other control techniques.
- Develop real?time control loops for BLDC, PMSM, or induction motors.
- Integrate software with microcontrollers, DSPs, and power electronics modules.
- Design modular, scalable software architecture for motor control systems.
- Integrate peripherals such as ADCs, PWMs, timers, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART.
- Work closely with hardware engineers for board bring?up and troubleshooting.
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and release notes.
- Ensure compliance with automotive or industrial standards (e.g., ISO 26262, MISRA C, IEC 61508).

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
