We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who is proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and can take ownership of campaigns from strategy and funnel planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should be more than just an ads operator — you should understand customer psychology, marketing funnels, lead generation, e-commerce growth, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Plan and build complete marketing funnels — Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retargeting.
- Manage Lead Generation campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses.
- Create and optimize E-commerce advertising campaigns focused on sales, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Manage Google Ads including:
- Search Ads
- Performance Max
- Display
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram, including:
- Lead Generation
- Sales/Conversions
- Retargeting
- Catalog/E-commerce campaigns




- Lookalike and custom audiences
- Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation and account-based marketing.
- Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, offers, and market opportunities.
- Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
- Work with designers, video editors, copywriters, and developers to create high-converting campaigns.
- Develop landing-page and funnel recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Set up and monitor tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports with transparent insights and actionable recommendations.
