Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout, Sector-1). The associate will engage with prospective learners and families, conduct inside sales calls,



and manage end-to-end lead conversion from initial outreach to enrollment. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, explaining Bhanzu’s programs, addressing queries, and guiding potential customers through the decision-making process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on customer feedback. The associate will also contribute to local outreach initiatives, participate in sales reviews, and continuously improve sales techniques through training and performance insights.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a focus on consultative selling and closing enrollments.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Business Development, including nurturing and converting prospects.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
