Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to strengthen brand visibility, increase audience engagement, generate leads, and maximize marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in social media management, content strategy, digital marketing, creative direction, campaign management, and performance analytics, along with experience managing creative teams and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.




- Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop innovative content ideas tailored to different business verticals and target audiences.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets, including social media posts, banners, videos, event creatives, exhibition materials, hoardings, and marketing collateral.
- Conceptualize graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Review and supervise the work of junior designers and creative team members to maintain quality and consistency.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign investments to maximize ROI.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance
