Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead Disha Capital's digital transformation journey. The role combines digital strategy, website and app implementation, technology coordination, performance marketing, CRM, and digital sales enablement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, developers, designers, and business teams to build scalable digital platforms that generate revenue and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the company's digital strategy aligned with revenue and business objectives.




- Create scalable digital initiatives that drive customer acquisition and online insurance sales.
- Understand the business model and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic digital projects.

Website, Mobile App & Technology
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Disha Insurance website and mobile application.
- Coordinate with technology vendors, developers, UI/UX designers, and product partners to ensure timely execution.
- Build and optimize the company's digital technology stack, including CRM, lead management, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Ensure digital platforms deliver an excellent customer and sales experience.

Digital Sales & CRM
- Establish and strengthen the company's digital sales ecosystem.
