We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst who combines solid business analysis and system configuration capabilities with the ability to effectively lead Agile/Scrum delivery for a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system solutions, and independently configure the application where required. In addition, this individual will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing the team's backlog and delivery cadence, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable getting into the system and configuring it and running the Scrum process for the team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document,



and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Work closely with developers, QA, product owners, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Conduct requirements walkthroughs, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.

System Configuration:
- Independently configure the business application/system based on approved business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into system configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, forms, permissions, notifications, and other applicable configurations.
- Analyze configuration impacts and identify downstream dependencies.
