Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in aseptic handling techniques and operation of Biosafety Cabinets.
- Experience in upstream processing, including activities from vial thawing to harvest.
- Preparation and review of quality documents such as Batch Checklists, Protocols, and SOPs.
- Experience in Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB) preparation.
- Knowledge and operational experience with Single-Use Bioreactors and Stainless-Steel (SS) Bioreactors.
Equipment Handling Experience
Candidates should have experience operating the following equipment:
- CEDEX Bio Biochemistry Analyzer
- Vi-CELL BLU Automated Cell Counter
- Biosafety Cabinet (BSC)
- Blood Gas Analyzer
