Java Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Role Purpose

The Engineer I is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining technology solutions that support enterprise business objectives. The role contributes to software delivery initiatives by developing high-quality code, supporting automation and CI/CD practices, troubleshooting existing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate robust problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to learn modern development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications and services.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.




- Integrate applications and services across enterprise platforms.
- Support cloud-native and platform-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and quality assurance processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, and solution designs.
- Assist in system upgrades, performance improvements, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Essential Capabilities
- Experience in technology delivery, software development, or application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
- Programming experience in Java.
- Understanding of software testing and quality assurance
