We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage the digital presence of multiple businesses, from content planning and creation to paid advertising and performance optimisation.
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & X (Twitter).
- Create monthly content calendars for each business based on its goals, audience and industry.
- Plan what to post, when to post and where to post, including Reels, carousels, stories, static posts and interactive content.
- Create basic AI-assisted videos, reels, carousels, creatives, captions and scripts.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers and internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone and communication across platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Set up, manage and optimise paid ad campaigns for awareness, reach, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor ad spends, CPL, CTR, reach, engagement, leads and conversions and optimise campaigns accordingly.




- Analyse monthly social media performance and prepare basic performance reports and insights.
- Research competitors, industry trends, viral formats and emerging AI/digital marketing tools.
- Identify new content and campaign opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Manage content scheduling, approvals and publishing to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with business/sales teams to understand requirements and improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools and advertising techniques.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of content strategy + paid advertising.
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager and AI content tools.
- Creative, organised, analytical and capable of independent execution.
