Role Title: Clinic Manager

Location: Bangalore (Multiple Clinic Locations)

Reporting To: Regional Operations Manager

Function: Clinic Operations & Customer Experience

About the Role

The Clinic Manager is the backbone of daily clinic operations at Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. This is a

hands-on, people-first role that blends operational discipline, customer care, and team supervision.

You will be the face of the clinic ensuring every patient feels welcomed, every process runs

smoothly, and every revenue target is supported by outstanding execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & SOP Execution
- Meet and greet customers in line with Kerala Ayurveda's defined standards and protocols
- Ensure pre-therapy, during-therapy, and post-therapy SOPs are followed without exception
- Handle commercial closures package recommendations, pricing discussions, and

conversions as per SOP
- Capture structured customer insights and feedback
- Ensure timely and structured follow-ups on all leads and post-consultation check-ins




- Drive Google review and feedback collection to maintain clinic reputation
- Handle all the enquiries efficiently - ensuring that they convert to bookings

2. Clinic Operations
- Send daily and monthly attendance reports to the central office accurately and on time
- Manage inventory of medicines, oils, consumables, and supplies; raise purchase requests

- Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure accurate billing and transaction records
- Maintain lead trackers, funnel data, and all operational and sales documentation
- Coordinate with central teams for reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

3. Customer Experience & SOP Execution
