Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Schedule interviews with selected candidates and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective phone screens or video conferencing sessions.
- Proficiency in scheduling software tools like Calendly or similar platforms.
