About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Strategic Business Advisor
who can engage with business owners and senior decision-makers, understand how their businesses operate, identify key challenges, and recommend appropriate strategic solutions.

The role combines
business development, consulting, business diagnosis, and strategic advisory
. You will be responsible for developing qualified business opportunities and taking prospects through a structured discovery and assessment process.

This is
not a traditional sales role
. The focus is on understanding the business problem, identifying its root cause,



and helping the client understand the right way forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads through networking, referrals, events, strategic outreach, and relationship building.
- Connect with entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, and other senior business decision-makers.
- Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand the client's business model, current performance, challenges, priorities, and growth objectives.
- Ask the
right and relevant questions
to identify the actual business problem and its root cause rather than simply addressing the symptoms presented by the prospect.
- Understand challenges across areas such as
revenue, profitability, operations, people, processes, productivity, customer acquisition, cost management, governance, and scalability
