Work From Home – Telecaller Sales Executive (Restaurant App)
We are hiring experienced Telecaller - Sales Executives for our restaurant application platform. Start immediately without any complex interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Find contact data of restaurants that do not have a website.
- Make 5 to 10 cold calls daily to restaurant owners.
- Record the exact reason for refusal if an owner says no.
- Pitch application features and successfully close the deals.
Requirements & Rules (From Agreement):
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales/telecalling is mandatory.
- Infrastructure: Must have your own smartphone and secure internet.
Payout & Commission Structure:
- Earnings: ₹2,000 flat commission per verified deal.
- This is a 100% Commission-Based / Incentive-Only role.
- Fixed Salary: There is NO fixed monthly base salary.
- Earning Potential: Your monthly earnings depend entirely on the number of deals you close. For example, closing 5 deals will earn you ₹10,000, and 10 deals will earn you ₹20,000. There is no upper limit or cap on earnings.
- Monthly Quota: Closing a minimum of 5 verified deals monthly is compulsory.
- Payout Window: Credited via Bank/UPI within 24–48 hours of full client payment.
