Role Overview TechBliss Digital is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Manager/ Executive to support our international business growth across the UK/Europe and US/Canada markets. The role will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients who require technology consultants, staffing, recruitment, and technology training services. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive in researching companies, identifying hiring requirements, and initiating conversations with potential clients. Key Responsibilities • Identify potential clients across the UK/Europe and US/Canada markets through LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, procurement portals, and other sources.



• Identify companies hiring IT/technical consultants, contractors, trainers, and technology professionals. • Research and understand client requirements for onshore, offshore, and remote consultants. • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with TechBliss Digital's services. • Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, technology requirements, location, engagement model, and potential business chance. • Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other business development activities. • Connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, IT Managers, Project Ma
