Parampara is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our men’s ethnic wear store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending products, and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and occasion.
- Explain and recommend sherwanis, kurta sets, jackets, shirts, fabrics and other ethnic wear.
- Handle customer queries and product demonstrations.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Assist with trials, alterations and billing coordination.
- Follow up with customers for pending purchases and enquiries.
- Maintain valuable relationships with regular and new customers.
- Coordinate with the manager and team for smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in men’s ethnic wear, fashion retail or textile sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-friendly and presentable personality.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
- Kannada/Hindi/English communication is preferred.
