Job Title: Fashion Consultant Sales & Store Operations

Locations & Openings: Mumbai (Kala Ghoda)

Compensation: salary per month + KPI-based Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site 6 working days

Timings : 10.30 to 7.30 pm

Role Overview: We are hiring experienced Fashion Consultants to manage sales, styling, and store operations across our premium retail locations. The role requires strong client engagement capabilities, deep understanding of designer wear, and the ability to deliver a high-touch luxury brand experience. The position carries performance-linked incentives based on clearly defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver personalized styling and sales consultations to provide a premium client experience
- Drive in-store and WhatsApp sales, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure lead-to-sale conversions
- Manage day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, billing, SOP adherence, and inventory control
- Build, maintain,



and actively manage the client database, including follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate with the production and operations team for alterations and custom orders
- Plan and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and exhibitions (within city and across India as required)
- Track, analyze, and report store performance, sales metrics, inventory movement, and customer feedback
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and consistent brand representation at all touchpoints

Candidate Profile :
- Experience: 23 years in designer wear, luxury, or premium fashion retail
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing is mandatory (NIFT candidates preferred)
- Robust client handling, styling sensibility, and sales orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance-linke
