Safal Health is a growing digital healthcare platform partnering with pediatricians to support the mental health and development of children in the 0- 6 years age range.

Role Summary

We are seeking Psychologists and Early Childhood Educators who can work with us either part-time or full-time.

As a Psychologist, you will visit a paediatrician's clinic, where you will engage with the parents of children visiting the doctor and explain our program to them.

You can work with us either full-time or part-time:

Part-time: 3 to 4 hours each day, 5 to 6 days each week. Salary - 7000 to 8000 per month

Full time: 6-7 hours each day,



5 to 6 days each week. Salary - 1.7 to 2 lakhs per year + incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Visit a pediatrician's clinic and explain our program to the parents.
- Talk to parents about the need for children's mental well being.
- Interact with the pediatrician as required

Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Psychology or degree in Child Development or a related field
- Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
- Travel to the pediatrician's clinic every day
