We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit manufacturing industries, CNC/VMC machine shops, fabrication companies, automotive, engineering, and other industrial customers.
- Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable cutting tools, tool holders, metalworking fluids, and related products.
- Generate new enquiries through customer visits, references, cold calling, and market development.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions at customer locations.




- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Regularly follow up on samples, trials, pending enquiries, and repeat orders.
- Develop current accounts and expand business with existing customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal sales teams, and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, products, and market developments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry status, sales reports, and customer databases.
