Role & responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism at the entrance or lobby.
- Guide people through registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing areas.
- Help patients navigate complex hospital layouts and departments
- Act as a bridge between patients/attendants and clinical or administrative teams.
- Assist with smooth indoor admission and discharge processes.
- Give transparent information regarding hospital policies, visiting hours, and available amenities.
