Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Lead to drive automation initiatives across enterprise systems. The role involves designing, developing, and managing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Automation Design: Architect endtoend automation workflows using Automation Anywhere, integrating with ERP, CRM, and custom applications.
- Process Assessment: Identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation; perform feasibility and ROI analysis.
- Bot Development: Develop, test, and deploy bots ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
- Governance & Standards: Establish coding standards, documentation templates, and version control mechanisms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor developers, review code,



and guide troubleshooting efforts during production incidents.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to align automation outcomes with business goals.
- Incident Management: Lead P1/P2 issue resolution, coordinate with support teams, and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong handson experience with Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
- Proficiency in Bot Insight, Control Room, and IQ Bot.
- Knowledge of Python, VBScript, or PowerShell for custom integrations.
- Understanding of AI/ML integration and APIbased automation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in production support and release management.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of RPA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
