We are looking for an experienced Staffing Sales / Business Development professional to drive growth of our IT staffing business in the North American market. Role Overview The Staffing Sales professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities for Celebal Technologies' staffing and talent solutions.



The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, including direct clients, system integrators, MSPs, VMS platforms, recruitment/staffing firms, and enterprise accounts. This is a hunter-oriented sales role requiring strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. The individual will own the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and account expansion. Key Responsibilities 1.
