We are looking for a Sales & Lead Management Intern who can actively handle outbound calling, lead follow-ups, lead management, and day-to-day sales activities.

This is a practical, work-based internship where you will be involved in our actual sales process and work with real leads and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage and maintain the daily lead list
- Track lead status and update follow-ups regularly
- Understand client requirements and explain our services
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects
- Follow up consistently with existing and new leads
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-up dates
- Coordinate with the sales/development team for client requirements
- Support the overall sales process from lead generation to appointment/closure
- Perform basic online research to identify new potential clients

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Confident while speaking with new people
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Prior knowledge of sales, telecalling, lead generation, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Freshers and students can apply

Internship Details

Position: Sales & Lead Management Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Internship: Unpaid ( incentive we will give if he/she closed any lead )
After 3 Months: Based on performance, the candidate may be offered a paid position with a monthly stipend/salary.
