Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on a contract basis in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Chennai with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The specialist will help develop and execute marketing initiatives, assist with promotional campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with business goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and participating in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 4-7 yrs experience is mandatory in sales and marketing
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to guide sales processes and help improve team capabilities.
- Relevant experience in technology, software services, or IT consulting sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Chennai, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
