Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with clients in the US market. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand their staffing and business requirements, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, ensure timely fulfillment of requirements, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the US staffing/IT services industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience managing US-based clients and stakeholders.

Job Description
- Lead end-to-end staffing delivery for U.S. clients across Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire requirements
- Drive SLA-based performance by ensuring quality submissions, quick turnaround time, and consistent closures




- Monitor and manage daily recruiter activities including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements
- Prioritize requirements and allocate resources effectively across key accounts to maximize delivery outcomes
- Ensure high-quality candidate screening, technical validation, and process compliance
- Track and improve key delivery metrics such as submission ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, and recruiter productivity
- Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to recruiters and team leads.
- Resolve client escalations, delivery challenges, and bottlenecks with proactive and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to align delivery strategies with client expectations and business goals
- Contribute to delivery planning, pipeline building, and proactive talent mapping for critical and recurring roles
