Role Description: The Senior Specialist, RevOps Platform provides Revenue Operations platform support that helps 2X's clients maximize the value of their marketing technology investments. As the primary Oracle Eloqua execution resource, this role is responsible for building, testing, deploying, and maintaining marketing automation programs while ensuring every deliverable meets established quality, accuracy, and production standards.
The Specialist owns the successful execution of Oracle Eloqua deliverables, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, documented consistently, and deployed on schedule while adhering to established production standards and RevOps best practices. Success in this role requires deep Oracle Eloqua expertise, exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational and troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous learning, operational excellence, and process improvement.
This position reports to the VP of RevOps and works closely with the RevOps Account team and other internal delivery teams to support the successful delivery of client programs. This role is not expected to independently interact with or present to clients and has no direct reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
The RevOps Platforms Specialist should be able to do/accomplish the following without supervision:
1. Build, test, and maintain Oracle Eloqua emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, segments, shared assets, and other marketing automation components according to approved requirements and established best practices.
2. Perform technical quality assurance and testing to confirm campaign functionality, data accuracy, and deployment readiness prior to launch.
3. Troubleshoot and identify resolutions for routine Oracle Eloqua execution issues, escalating final resolutions and complex technical or strategic issues to the appropriate team members.
