Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive business development and project sales in Hyderabad. The role involves lead generation, relationship management, client meetings, site visits, proposal coordination, negotiations, and closing of interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation
- Generate leads through calling, databases, references, networking, and channel partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Hyderabad.
- Explore and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.

2. Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners, Architects, Developers, Property Consultants, and HNI/UHNI clients.
- Maintain strong professional relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

3. Client Meetings & Site Visits




- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Understand client expectations, project scope, and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Design team for planning and proposals.

4. Sales & Business Development
- Understand floor plans and layouts and coordinate with the Design team for planning and proposals.
- Present designs, quotations, and commercials to clients.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for Hyderabad.
- Maintain regular reports on calls, meetings, leads, site visits, and closures.
- Track the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

- 7–12 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Home Interiors.
