What You Can Expect
- Lead the growth of our most emerging brands portfolio - Tequila, Gin and Rum
- Complete ownership of developing and executing the annual brand plans to meet the brand ambitions in line with business strategy




- Own the new product launch planning and execution for the portfolio
- Be the voice of the consumer internally - Serve as the primary point for generating consumer and competitive intelligence and cascade through the organization and communicate back to the brand
- Be the internal champion and energizer for the emerging brands
- Responsible for impeccable budget management with a solid ROI focus
- Leverage the Brown-Forman Growth Framework to develop marketing/activation campaigns that resonate with target consumers and build mental and physical availability across all channels of the trade
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party brand partners, agencies and vendors, ensuring that they provide high-quality and cost-effective marketing services

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s or Post Graduation Degree with 3 to 5 years marketing experience
