Position : Manager / Senior Manager

Job Purpose:

To be a part of the Central Legal Team and provide legal advisory, assistance, and risk mitigation support across all business verticals within the group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents including contracts, MOUs, Service Level Agreements, legal notices, replies, pleadings, briefs, and appeals
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, contract, and exchange control laws
- Providing advisory on statutory compliances and corporate governance matters
- Assisting in the formulation, implementation, and amendment of company policies
- Handling litigation matters including NCLT, civil, criminal, and arbitration cases
- Coordinating and liaising with external legal counsels and service providers
- Supporting all business verticals with legal advice, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Educational Qualification:
- LL.B. (LL.M. / CS preferred)

Experience:
- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in the legal domain
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power, Renewable Energy, or EPC sector preferred

Skills & Competencies:
- Robust expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws
- Strong analytical and legal interpretation skills
- Ability to effectively present legal perspectives to senior management
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
