Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of education sector's unique challenges and opportunities for technology adoption.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
