Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop high-pressure die castings (HPDC) dies using CAD software such as UG NX, SolidWorks, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to die design, manufacturing, or performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in HPDC die design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as UG NX, Solid Works, etc.
- Robust understanding of die casting processes and techniques.
- Experience working with various materials used in HPDC production.
