Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners, explain program features and benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and following up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into admissions. The role also involves addressing learner queries, ensuring a positive pre-enrollment experience, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns. This position offers a stipend of 20,000 INR and is intended for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales and education services.
