JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES OFFICER - HORECA

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new HORECA accounts and generate business opportunities across Delhi/NCR.
- Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, cloud kitchens and institutional buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers and business owners.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection and volume targets.
- Present and promote Chukde's spices, blended masalas and food products to prospective clients.
- Conduct product sampling, trials and product demonstrations wherever required.
- Generate regular sales reports, market feedback and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with distributors, internal sales teams,
supply chain and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HORECA Sales experience.
- Experience in selling food products, spices, ingredients or allied FMCG products will be preferred.
- Strong network among hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
