Key Responsibilities

- Research complex coding cases and refer to relevant coding resources or manuals as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve coding and documentation-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality, productivity, and SLA requirements while supporting process improvement initiatives.
