Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase / Procurement Manager with 10+ years of experience, preferably from building construction / real estate projects, to manage the complete P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) cycle. The candidate will be responsible for procurement planning, vendor development, negotiations, purchase orders, material follow-ups, billing, and coordination with site, stores, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to vendor payment.
- Receive and review Material Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from project sites through email and ERP.
- Review PRs with the AVP and process them for further procurement.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors for construction and project requirements.
- Send enquiries/RFQs to vendors and obtain competitive quotations.




- Conduct price negotiations with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare quotation comparison statements and obtain approval from the AVP.
- Create and update vendor details in the ERP Vendor Master.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and PO amendments as required.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material dispatch and bill submission.
- Coordinate with Site In-charge and Store In-charge for material receipt at project sites.
- Verify GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and site stock registers.
- Process vendor purchase bills and submit approved original bills to the Accounts Department.
- Maintain scanned copies and records of vendor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts for vendor payment follow-ups.
- Prepare vendor outstanding payment statements for CMD approval and ensure timely communication regarding pending payments.
