*Job Description*

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (GPM) who can independently handle maintenance operations, equipment upkeep, and technical troubleshooting in a restaurant/QSR environment.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle day-to-day maintenance and technical operations across outlets.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
- Must have hands-on experience in conveyor oven cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance of kitchen and restaurant equipment.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and external vendors.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare-parts requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and operational standards.
- Monitor the condition and performance of restaurant equipment and facilities.

*Candidate Requirements*
- 7–8 years of relevant maintenance experience.




- Candidate must have worked at least 3 years continuously in one company.
- ITI qualification is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with conveyor oven cleaning is mandatory.
- Experience in restaurant/QSR/hotel/café or food-service maintenance will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Should be technically strong and capable of handling breakdowns independently.
- Good vendor coordination and team-handling skills.

*Salary & Benefits*

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand / Month

Preferred: Candidates with stable employment history and strong hands-on experience in restaurant/QSR maintenance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
