Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Solid understanding of candidate sourcing strategies including social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
