- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for Gold & Silver products
- Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, jewellers and business clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order confirmations
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales
- Maintain regular contact with customers regarding pricing, availability and market movements
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, dispatch and delivery
- Ensure accurate communication of product prices and transaction details
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales and follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Support the company in expanding its customer and dealer network
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and transactions

Candidate Profile:
- Good communication
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of gold/silver products and market trends is an advantage
- Self-motivated, energetic and disciplined

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹39,989.48 per month
