Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations at our Tata 1mg retail store in Bangalore. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations, prescription handling, customer service, inventory management, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy/store operations.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, prescriptions, and controlled drugs.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry, damages, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Guide customers regarding medicines, dosage, precautions, and usage as permitted.
- Coordinate with store and operations teams for smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to Tata 1mg SOPs,



quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support and guide junior pharmacists and store associates.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient safety.

Eligibility
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institute.
- Valid Karnataka Pharmacy Council registration/license preferred/required as applicable.
- Relevant retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and pharmacy systems.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including opening, general, and closing shifts.
- Comfortable working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Tata 1mg uniform is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the assigned Bangalore store location.
