Key Responsibilities
- Inspect components and products at different stages of production.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Verify components against drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conforming parts.
- Perform in-process and final inspection as required.
- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets, and quality records.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected parts.
- Support 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure measuring instruments are properly handled and used.
