Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving Python-based applications while effectively using AI coding tools such as Claude and OpenAI Codex to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
- Use Claude and OpenAI Codex for coding assistance, code generation, debugging, optimization, and documentation
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Work with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Use Claude and Codex to understand requirements, explore solutions, generate code, and improve existing code.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Work with existing code and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to understand requirements.




- Perform testing and ensure application quality.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Positive knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
