Operate and manage the Automatic Batch Pickling plant in such a way as to meet and achieve the target set by the management. Supervise the plant construction, Equipment installation and start up. construction of projects, installation, and start up Wire Drawing plant, LRPC stranding

line and all utilities, overseeing the Plant operations, technological developments and training of staff for production of wires.

Work in projects department to align and prepare for installation of LRPC line and pickling plant and utilities. Work for comparing and preparing technical clearance by evaluating technologies for

utilities. Preparing Material codes, PR for ordering different machinery for new production lines and making layout drawings for evaluating alternatives.

To see that the orders received from planning are executed in time.

To prepare work instructions, Safe operating procedures and ISO documentation for pickling and

sub processes. Training of all staff in pickling for secure and quality production of pickled wire rod.





Should have an experience of 10-15 years in the field of 5 to 7 years in pickling and 10

years in wire Manufacturing production / maintenance departments.
- Should have played the role of a Team leader in not less than 50 staff working

company
- Should be an accomplished leader.
- An experienced task master to meet all the Targets set by the company.

SAP transactions in Projects/production/Materials procurement
- Should be able to prepare layout drawings in AutoCAD 2D
- Pioneer in productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
- A thorough knowledge of the World class manufacturing operations.
- A good training and a smooth negotiating skill.
- Ability to use tools such as MRP, Lean Manufacturing, QS9000, SPC, DOE, and FEMA.
- Ability to use all portals of the company efficiently.
- Technical evaluation of utility and wire manufacturing equipment
- Preparing IRR files for approval of wire projects.
