Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator Interior Projects

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to manage project tracking, client follow-ups, site measurement coordination, design team coordination, and project movement from initial confirmation to factory handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify project details and update project trackers.
- Coordinate with clients for site readiness and measurement requirements.
- Schedule site measurements with Site Engineers based on client availability.
- Collect measurement documents and coordinate with the assigned design team.
- Follow up daily with Team Leads, Senior Designers, Architects, and Site Engineers.
- Maintain project tracking sheets and ensure all project information is updated.
- Prepare daily pending and project status reports.
- Monitor delayed projects and follow up with clients for further progress.
- Coordinate project movement from design stage to production and factory handover.
- Follow up on document corrections and ensure timely submission to the factory team.
- Track project progress, client payments, and production status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for payment and collection updates.
- Maintain accurate project records in CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp groups, and internal systems.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the interior, modular kitchen, architecture, or construction industry will be an advantag
