Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Model Town, Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office, 6 days a week

MADAX Media is a creative agency working primarily with F&B;, hospitality and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual direction, think beyond execution and bring strong creative thinking to every brand we work with.

What You'll Do
- Lead the visual direction for multiple brands across social media and digital platforms
- Develop creative concepts, campaigns, brand identities and social media creatives
- Work closely with strategists and social media managers to translate ideas into strong visual stories
- Create carousels, static creatives, motion graphics, presentations and campaign assets
- Maintain visual consistency while adapting the design language to different brands
- Mentor and guide junior designers when required
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Stay updated with design trends, typography,



visual culture and emerging formats

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
- Robust portfolio across branding, social media and campaign design
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and preferably Figma
- Motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief, challenge it when needed and bring your own perspective
