We are hiring multiple grades in Thoughtworks for Python Fullstack Developer with AI exp.

Role & responsibilities
- You have 4-10+ years of experience in Python, React, and AWS designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise web applications.
- You have strong experience in System Design, designing scalable, highly available, and distributed applications.
- You have hands-on experience building microservices, event-driven architectures, and RESTful APIs using technologies such as Kafka.
- You have experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications using contemporary AI frameworks and APIs.
- You have led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous
- Experience of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation
- Experience of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
- You enjoy continuously learning and improving,



whether it is through functional programming paradigms, event driven architecture, platform engineering or others

Preferred candidate profile
- You have experience influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed
- You bridge product and technology by helping to translate business needs to software requirements
- You have the ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value
- You will act as a mentor for less experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary impact together
