Your role, your impact

As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant, you ll play a critical role in delivering expert-level functional consulting services across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (D365 FO), with a focus on discrete and process manufacturing. You ll leverage your manufacturing and Dynamics expertise to design and implement solutions aligned with client operational goals, business requirements, and established delivery methodologies.

Your ability to lead manufacturing discovery, translate complex operational requirements into effective D365 FO solutions, guide clients through implementation best practices, and mentor consulting teams will directly contribute to successful implementations, client confidence, and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of combined ERP and manufacturing industry experience, including at least 3 years as a Dynamics D365 FO consultant with a manufacturing specialization;




- Strong implementation experience across D365 FO manufacturing functionality, including Production Control, Master Planning, BOMs, and Formulas, and multi-site and multi-legal-entity manufacturing implementations;
- Strong understanding of discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing environments, as well as manufacturing processes and industry practices across areas such as production planning, shop floor operations, costing, inventory, and supply chain;
- Ability to conduct effective discovery sessions with manufacturing stakeholders including shop floor supervisors, planners, cost accountants, plant managers, and executive leadership;
- Robust understanding of project methodologies, change control processes, and delivery standards, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while working within project schedules and budget constraints;
