Job Title: Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable for Canada-based clients.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
- Tax Preparation Support: Process client financial data to support the preparation of US tax returns
- Bank & Account Reconciliation: Conduct routine bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations.
- Compliance & Review: Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant accounting standards and company guidelines.
- Client & Team Interaction: Coordinate with the Canada front-office team to clarify client financial queries and request missing documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance). Inter CA or Semi-qualified professionals are welcome.
- Experience:



2–4 years of accounting experience (experience in US accounting/taxation processes is highly preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, Drake, UltraTax, or Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills for seamless interaction with US team members.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and problem-solving ability.
