Responsibilities

Sales Invoicing

Prepare and process sales invoices, delivery documents and related commercial paperwork.

Purchase

Handle purchase entries, purchase bills, supporting documents and coordination with suppliers.

Bill Checking

Verify purchase/vendor bills against purchase orders, delivery challans, quantities, rates and supporting documents.

Inventory

Maintain inventory records, monitor stock movement, inward/outward entries and coordinate physical stock verification.

Commercial Operations

Handle day-to-day commercial documentation and coordinate with production, stores, purchase and sales teams.

Accounting Support

Record routine transactions and maintain basic accounting records. Full-fledged accounting knowledge is not mandatory.

Software

Work on Tally, Miracle or any commonly used accounting, billing or inventory management software.

Documentation

Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase bills, stock documents and other commercial papers.

Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, customers,



transporters and internal teams for commercial matters.

MIS / Reports

Prepare basic reports related to sales, purchases, inventory and outstanding commercial transactions as required.

Candidate Profile
- B.Com or any graduate with 35 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in an industrial / engineering / manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory management and commercial processes.
- Practical experience in sales invoicing and purchase billing.
- Ability to check and verify vendor bills accurately.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Miracle or similar accounting/billing/inventory software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be systematic, detail-oriented and comfortable handling documentation.
- Candidates currently working in Ahmedabad-based engineering/manufacturing companies will be preferred.
